Footprint: Progress Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Price Western has now received our annual update on progress made towards our Carbon Net Zero goal by 2030.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>2023 was an incredibly busy year and we are pleased to have made significant progress against our goals: &#8220;against its original benchmark the business has achieved an overall reduction of 19,931 Kg CO2e i.e. 43.8% less emissions&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pwluk.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/Carbon_Footprint_2023.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pwluk.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/Carbon_Footprint_2023-400x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"199\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-13015\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If we look at our emissions by type, we have made significant reductions in the miles travelled by staff as well as switching to 100% renewable electricity, which has hugely reduced the impact of our electricity usage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pwluk.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/emissions_by_type_2023.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pwluk.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/emissions_by_type_2023-400x208.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"208\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-13016\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You can &#8220;There is still a lot to do, but we are moving forwards at pace and are happy that we will meet our goal of reducing our emissions by 50% by 2030 and aiming to be operationally net zero by
