The ESS Profile NVG is a low-profile tactical goggle with 2.8mm polycarbonate lenses, night-vision compatibility, anti-fog treatment and 100% UVA/UVB protection.
Description
The ESS Profile NVG is a compact military and tactical goggle system designed to provide reliable eye protection without restricting the wearer’s field of view. Its low-profile frame is compatible with night-vision equipment, while the patented Outrigger Strap System positions the strap for improved integration with helmets.
Extra-thick 2.8mm polycarbonate lenses provide high-impact protection, distortion-free optical clarity and 100% UVA and UVB filtration. ESS ClearZone FlowCoat technology applies an anti-scratch coating to the outside of the lens and an anti-fog treatment to the inside.
A full-perimeter ventilation and filtration system helps minimise fogging while filtering airborne particles, dust and splashes. The universal-fit frame also features antimicrobial OpFoam face padding for improved comfort, hygiene and ease of cleaning.
The ESS Profile NVG complies with CE EN 166 and ANSI Z87.1-2010 requirements and meets the US Military MIL-DTL-43511D .22-calibre ballistic impact test. It is compatible with ESS U-Rx and P-2B prescription inserts, with laser-protective lenses also available.
Kits are available in Black, Foliage Green and Terrain Tan. Please note that only Clear and Smoke Grey lenses are authorised for use by the US Military under APEL requirements.
